This knife is a classic model of Opinel range. 7cm blade lenght and a hande made of walnut. It offers an excellent cutting quality. The safety ring allows the user to work without any risks. Blade: Stainless steel Sandvik 12C27

Handle: Walnut tree Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives excellent cutting edge.
