SteamAssist Function
By adding water to the tank located on the control panel, you’ll get perfectly steamed food with a crispy crust. When you select a program that allows steam addition during the cooking process, the oven will notify you when it's time to add steam. Depending on the oven model, you will either press the center button or touch the appropriate function on the display panel to activate steam addition.

Pyrolytic Cleaning
Pyrolytic cleaning, or cleaning the oven at extremely high temperatures, is the most effective way to achieve a spotless oven. For safety, the oven is locked during and after the cleaning process, and once it cools down, you simply wipe away the remaining ash with a damp cloth.

DC+ Cooling System
The DynamiCooling system efficiently cools the oven exterior (or casing) to prevent damage from high temperatures. In DynamiCooling+ ovens, heat sensors regulate cooling of the outer walls until they reach a temperature of 60 °C. This is especially useful in ovens with pyrolytic cleaning, which uses very high temperatures.
