The BESSEY screw clamp TGK100-2K achieves a clamping force of up to 7,000 N. It has reinforced malleable iron brackets, both the upper and lower parts are made of high-quality malleable iron and are reinforced with corrugations. The characteristic wave profile acts as a reliable reinforcement against torsional forces. The high-quality BESSEY hollow profile rail from the company's own drawing shop is specially optimized for clamps. The 6-fold corrugation effectively prevents the screw clamp from slipping off. The integrated BESSEY anti-slip device, which all malleable iron screw clamps have a projection of 80mm or more, also ensures maximum safety when clamping. A threaded pin in the sliding bracket grips the rail ribbing, effectively preventing the clamp from loosening or slipping off. The powder coating effectively protects them from corrosion. The pressure plate, which can be changed without tools, can be exchanged quickly and easily if necessary.
