The fischer multi adhesive / sealant KD-290 is a one-component hybrid polymer that enables elastic bonding for vibration-damping and tension-balancing connections. This means that non-absorbent parts can also be bonded. The fischer KD-290 can be processed at temperatures from +5°C to +35°C and is functional after one to three days and temperature-resistant from -40°C to +90°C. The sealant and adhesive is suitable for bonding and sealing standard mirrors, vibrating constructions or joints on almost all surfaces. The MS polymer enables elastic bonding for airtight, vibration-damping and stress-equalizing connections for demanding tasks, such as for joints and seams in air conditioning and ventilation construction, in insulation material, on strips, panels, cladding, kitchen and built-in furniture, on stairs, Window sills, for floor joints and connection joints in body, metal, ship and vehicle construction. The very high initial adhesive strength of 110 kg/m2 allows many components to be attached without additional fixation, thus reducing the time required.
