The silent optimized cooler offers superior cooling performance with no frills at a very attractive price.<br><br>The original conception of the True Spirit 140 has been maintained: The narrow design of the cooler makes incompatibilities of the fans with adjacent memory banks avoidable in most cases. For this purpose the cooling fan design were optimized for slow-rotating fans. The aluminum cooling ribs are also provided with a plurality of air holes, which counteract an air jam between the individual cooling ribs.<br><br>The True Spirit 140 Direct makes use of the Heatpipe Direct Touch principle. A total of five high-performance 6 mm heatpipes provide the most efficient dissipation of the generated processor heat. The heatpipes are, as usual, in a convex form. This patented design of the heatpipes, which are intentionally not ground flat, gives the True Spirit 140 Direct an outstanding cooling performance for a HDT cooler.<br><br>Another advantage of the HDT-Design is the reduced installation height.
