This model allows transmission at the speed of gigagbit eth, is a passive poe solution and does not comply with the ieee 8023ataf standard. Unlike power supplies with 5.5/2.1mm jacks, the Poe adapter allows direct power supply to Gigabit poe devices, no additional network accessories are required.<br><br>The power supply has a 1.2 meter long power cable terminated with a clover-type connector, has two RJ45 ports. One of them connects the device to be powered and the other one is used for patchcord connection to a switch or router. It can be installed in places like living quarters, teletechnical rooms or rack cabinets.<br><br>The LED indicates the correct operation of the device. If one of the following protections is tripped: short-circuit and overload protection, the power supply cuts off the voltage from the device.
