The UNOLD pizza peel 6881620 is the perfect accessory for the UNOLD Luigi pizza oven. The extra wide shovel made of anodized aluminum (approx. 40 x 30cm) fits perfectly into the pizza oven and is used to insert, remove and transport the pizza easily and safely. The perforated scoop allows the steam from the finished pizza to escape more quickly and allows excess flour to fall through before the pizza is placed in the oven.
