The ultralight X13 hiking and camping ax (head length 13cm) is the lightest ax in the Fiskars X-series. It is the perfect outdoor companion for hiking, backpacking, camping and more. It is masterfully balanced and sized to be extremely easy to carry, store and use comfortably with one hand. The low-friction coating helps the blade glide through the wood after striking and provides additional rust protection. The virtually unbreakable design of the X-series axes includes a lightweight, remarkably strong FiberComp handle that absorbs shock and provides excellent impact protection. The bright orange handle is easy to find anywhere and has a hooked end for a secure grip before, during and after your swing. With the included sheath, the X13 hiking ax can be used safely for hammering in tent pegs and for light impact work.
