The built-in oven with steam support Neff B64VS31N0 offers 20 heating types with a useful capacity of 71 liters for the diverse and creative preparation of a wide variety of dishes. The unique CircoTherm hot air system directs the heat in the oven specifically around the food on the different shelf levels at high speed. Different dishes can be baked, roasted and cooked at the same time on up to four levels — without mixing flavors! If necessary, the Vario Steam steam system delivers an individually adjustable amount of steam quickly and evenly into the oven, so that bread or braised meat receives just the right boost of moisture — crispy on the outside and deliciously tender on the inside. The 4.1" full touch TFT display of the B64VS31N0 offers a user-friendly and intuitive menu for more joy in roasting and baking. An oven assistant with voice control is also available via Home Connect. The Slide&Hide oven door disappears completely under the oven when opened makes room for easy seasoning, brushing and putting dishes in or taking them out again. The rotating door handle (slide) pivots with the hand movement when the oven door is opened and closed. The integrated cleaning system is hydrolytic and partly catalytic, for uncomplicated cleaning of the interior.
