The wake-up light SOLUNA by TFA combines the two Latin words for sun (sol) and moon (luna). The human body needs the natural light-dark alternation as a pacemaker for the internal clock. With a simulated sunset, you can end the day comfortably in the evening and find it easier to fall asleep. In the morning, the gradually brightening light awakens like the rising sun. The brighter it is when you get up, the easier it is to wake up. In this way you support the natural day-night rhythm and start the day well in the morning. If desired, the wake-up light can be combined with a slowly increasing wake-up melody. And if you don't want to get up right away, you can use the snooze function to wake you up a few minutes later. The duration of the alarm time interruption can be set individually. SOLUNA has other light functions that can be used in everyday life: In breathing mode, for example, you can be guided through a 10-minute breathing exercise. Accompanied by selectable light effects (energy, warmth, calm) you can relax quickly and easily. The mood light creates a pleasant atmosphere in the living room or bedroom. You can choose your favorite color directly from 14 different shades, or you can add variety with an automatic color change program with smooth transitions. The light color can also depend on the comfort level of the room climate. So you can see immediately whether the ideal room climate is present in the bedroom. When the light is green, the conditions are optimal, the temperature is between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius and the humidity is between 50 and 70 percent. The lamp is dimmable in five steps and is also well suited as a night light. The color display provides information about the time and date; the day of the week is written out (in four languages). In addition, the current room temperature and humidity at the installation site are displayed. So that you are not disturbed while you sleep at night, the display can be regulated in four brightness levels, an automatic dimming function can be activated or switched off completely. A particular highlight is the built-in charging function for devices with a USB port, which you can use to charge your smartphone overnight, for example.
